Answering calls for a clinic
The front desk answers at night and over lunch.
$269 per site per month · $242 from the second site.
Who answers the patient while an appointment is under way?
Nobody. The front desk is at the chair beside the doctor, the second line is busy, and at lunch and after six the calls go nowhere. A patient in pain does not wait until tomorrow — they dial the clinic next door and book there. Your records will hold no trace of that call.
A front desk that never goes to lunch
The agent answers your number around the clock: it offers the free slots, books, reschedules and cancels appointments straight in your system, not in a separate list someone retypes by hand later.
It fills in the new patient's form before the visit — name, phone, insurance, reason for the call — and passes it into the record. It does not discuss clinical questions: by your rule it transfers to a member of staff or books a call-back.
Patient data is kept apart, under a signed BAA — the agreement that covers protected health data. You set how long call recordings are stored.

Questions
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, before the first call. Patient data sits apart from everything else: transcripts are stripped of personal data, and you set how long recordings are stored. There is no separate line for it on the invoice — it is in the price per location.
Our PMS is closed. Can the agent still book?
It can, but not for free. Standard calendars come as the first connection and are in the price. A closed PMS or EHR goes through a middleman: your manager will name the price for that link once we have seen your system and its access terms.
What happens with a question about treatment?
The agent does not answer it. By your rule it transfers the call to a member of staff — to the number and the hours you name — and outside those hours it logs the request as urgent and hands it to the on-call person in the summary.
We have two locations. Do we pay for both?
Yes, the price is per location: each has its own number, its own hours and its own schedule, while the script and the dashboard are shared. From the second location the price is lower — $242 instead of $269.
Tell us how many locations you have and the software you keep patient records in — we will email you a quote.
We have your request
We answer during the hours listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. The quote and the conversation come first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
