How many other people were sold the lead you just bought?
Usually nobody knows except the seller. The lead arrives fourth in line, the person has already spoken to three others, and your salesperson spends a day on a conversation that was lost before they dialled. In the report it looks like poor work by the sales team.
The lead goes to one buyer
The lead reaches your system while the person is still holding the phone. One lead, one buyer: in your vertical and your states it is never sold to anyone else, and that is written into the contract.
You hold the volume: how many leads to take a day, in which hours and for which zones — you change it yourself rather than by email to an account manager. We start with a batch that shows the quality, not after a quarter of commitments.
Rejects come back by rule, not by mood: duplicates, no-answers, the wrong service and addresses outside your zone. We settle them from the call recording within 72 hours.
What is set up around your demand
- Verticals
- Home and renovation, roofing, plumbing, heating and cooling, water damage and mould remediation, legal enquiries, medical and dental.
- Geography
- A state, a metro area or a list of postcodes. A change of zone takes effect from the next lead, not from the next month.
- Exclusivity
- The lead goes to one buyer in your zone. We never sell it a second time to anyone.
- How the lead arrives
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, webhook, call forwarding or email. You choose the format, and it can be changed after launch.
- Daily cap and answering hours
- How many leads a day and in which hours — you set it. Outside those hours a lead is neither sent nor charged for.
- Returning rejects
- Duplicates, no-answers, the wrong service and addresses outside the zone. You have 72 hours to return them; we settle it from the call recording and the form.
- Test batch
- We start with a batch where the outcome comes back for every lead: accepted, returned and why.
- Payment
- By contract and invoice. There is no payment on the site, no card is needed, and we accept a purchase order.
Questions
How is this different from the advertising we run ourselves?
We take the money risk. You pay for a lead that arrived and fitted, not for clicks and impressions. The ad budget, the bids and the landing page are our concern; yours is to pick up the phone while the person is waiting.
How is a lead counted if the person did not pick up?
A no-answer is a reject and it comes back. We count a lead as accepted when a conversation took place or the person submitted the form themselves. Disputed cases are settled from the call recording within 72 hours.
Can we take one state and see how it goes?
That is how we start. One vertical, one zone, and the daily cap is yours. Widening the zone makes sense after the sales team has held up under the first flow, not before.
We run advertising through an agency. Is that a conflict?
No. The leads come as a separate stream into a separate funnel — they sit next to the agency's and are measured the same way. What to keep, you decide on the numbers, not on the contract.
Name the vertical, the zone and the volume — we come back with terms and the size of a test batch.
We have your request
We answer within the working window listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. Terms and a conversation first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
