Launching a new company

Email, machines, a site, advertising and a phone — straight away.

$3,680 one-off and $1,120 a month for five seats.

Build the package

What do you have on day two after registering?

A tax number, a domain and a free mailbox. Nothing to sign a contract with, nothing to invoice from, calls landing on your personal mobile. Every small thing gets sorted in the evening, one at a time: first the email, a week later the site, and a month later the phone turns out to be the contractor’s.

Two weeks instead of three months

We put it all together at once and on one invoice: work email on your own domain with sign-in protection, five machines set up, a site with an enquiry form, a maps listing, an advertising account in your name and a phone number that answers calls round the clock.

Everything is in your company's name from day one: the domain, the email, the advertising account and the number belong to you. You can leave us with the keys in hand, and that is written into the contract, not into an email thread.

In two weeks you have working what usually takes half a year of coming back to.

Questions

There are two of us. Are we overpaying for five seats?

No: five seats are held for you from the first month, and the invoice does not change when a third and a fourth employee start. It only grows from the sixth — $90 a month for each further seat.

What of this stays ours if we leave?

All of it. The domain, the email, the site, the advertising account and the number are in your company's name from day one. We hand over admin access in writing — it is the last item of the launch, not something to negotiate on the way out.

Why is the package better than buying the parts?

The first year in parts, at our own price list, costs $19,248; as a package, $17,120. The difference of $2,128 is 11%, the usual size of our volume discount. The discount applies when the package holds at least two parts.

When does all this start working?

The launch takes ten working days: the first five for the domain, email, accounts and machines; the second five for the site, the maps listing and the advertising account. We start answering calls the day you hand over the number.
