Pricing: what we charge for and how

Every price is named before the conversation, not after it.

From $65 per seat per month · $90, $112 and $175 per hour of work.

Get a quote

Why can three quotes for the same job never be compared?

Because they count different things. The first charges per device, the second per hour as it goes, the third writes "from" and never says what for. You cannot add them up: for the same money one quote gives you a person, the second a licence, and the third who knows what.

The price is named before the conversation

We count the way the market counts: per seat per month, per server per month, per hour of work, per page, per location, per lead. The price and what it is charged for stand side by side on every page, so you can add the invoice up in your head before it arrives.

On the invoice these are separate lines: support per seat, development per project or per hour, advertising as a percentage of spend. You can see what you are paying for and what to drop if the budget tightens.

Licences, hardware and state tax appear on the invoice as their own line at the supplier's price — exactly what they cost there.

Questions

Why does an hour cost $90, $112 or $175?

Because these are three different jobs. $112 is the hour on servers, networks, accounts and migrations. $90 is the hour on code, sites and data. $175 is the hour on site accessibility, with a two-hour minimum.

Do you give volume discounts?

Where it is printed as steps: hour blocks, a second location, two development streams, the tiers for map visibility, the package for a new company. Every step is a number on the page of its own job, not something you haggle for.

Are prices different for public buyers?

The same price list. What changes is how it is paid and papered: an invoice, a purchase order and payment within thirty days (net-30) instead of a card. Plus packages that fit under the no-bid procurement threshold.

Why are there no numbers for Track, Exchange and Engage?

We price on a call, once we have seen your flow: how many leads you have, which verticals you work and how you take them in. First we show the platform on your data, then we name the price.
