Delivery before the fiscal year ends

A package that is put on paper in one day.

$13,900 — a fixed package for a micro-purchase.

Build the package

What happens to the money you do not manage to spend?

It goes back, and next year you are given the same or less. A tender takes two months, the vendor asks for a card prepayment, signatures wait on people's holidays. By the middle of the last month it turns out nothing can be put through at all.

One day to get it on paper

The package is put together in advance: a fixed price, a line-by-line scope, a deadline and sign-off on a written acceptance. Nothing has to be priced or agreed again — the quote, the contract and the invoice go out to you the same day you name the date.

The amount fits under the direct purchase threshold, so the line does not go out to tender. We do not split an order to squeeze it in: if there is more money, you take an annual contract and justify it once.

Work starts as soon as the paperwork is accepted, not after the holidays: we plan the queue for the last weeks of the year in advance.

Questions

We have two weeks. Is that realistic?

Yes, if the line fits under the direct purchase threshold. The quote, the contract and the invoice are ready in one day, accepting the paperwork takes your usual time, and work starts right after it.

Why does the package cost $13,900 and not $15,000?

The threshold is counted on the final total, and that total includes what we do not treat as our mark-up: state tax and vendor invoices. The gap is deliberate — the line has to go through, not sit against the ceiling.

There is no rush surcharge?

There is not. The price at year end is the same as in March: we have no rush rate on any page. The only thing that runs out closer to the date is slots in the queue for site visits and installation.

What if there is still money left?

We take the next line as a separate order or move to an annual contract: fifteen seats — $18,300, twenty-seven — $33,000, thirty-eight — $46,500. We will not split one order into two.
