Working at FINLEADGEN

A US company with its own product, its own demand and its own clients.

See the roles

Why is working here better than working for a middleman?

Because we do not resell somebody else’s product. The services are ours, we set the prices, the platform underneath is ours — so the rate is never cut after the fact and a launch is decided the same day. You work with the people who answer for the result, not with those who pass the question along.

What kind of company this is

FINLEADGEN is a US company based in Florida. We sell managed IT, call answering, development and advertising to American small businesses and public buyers, and underneath all of it we run our own lead distribution platform.

That means we create our own demand instead of waiting for it from somebody else’s dashboard. It is visible which ad brought the person, which salesperson got the request and how it ended — all the way to the money, not just to the form.

Decisions are made the same day: launch a source, change a price, put a service on sale. There is nobody to clear it with — no three levels of approval here.

Who we are looking for

Full-time role · On site

Services salesperson

You sell US small businesses what is already built: managed IT, call answering, development and advertising. Requests come from the site, prices and scope are published in advance, the quote is assembled in front of the client. Your work is to reach a signature and stay the person they call a year later.

Traffic buyer

You bring paid traffic to our services: search, social, media. The sources and the creatives are yours; the landing pages, the analytics and the sales floor are ours. It is visible which ad brought which request and how it ended, so the rate is never cut after the fact.

What the company gives you

Product
Finished services with published prices and scope. No inventing an offer and no arguing about what is included.
Tools
Our own platform: tracking, lead distribution, base outreach. Not spreadsheets and not somebody else’s CRM.
Demand
Inbound requests from a site in four languages, plus whatever you bring yourself.
Ownership
One area, not five. What it pays is named up front and is not revised after the fact.
Terms
A contract with a US legal entity. Florida registry number L26000377753.
Equal opportunity
We look at what you have done. Age, origin, gender and beliefs do not enter into it.

How hiring works

  1. Step 1. ApplyThe form on this page: name, email, role and a link to something you have done. No template résumé needed.
  2. Step 2. An answer within five business daysEveryone gets a reply — a letter, not silence. If it is a no for now, we say so and say why.
  3. Step 3. A forty-minute conversationNot about your biography, but about what you did and how you measured it. You ask questions too.
  4. Step 4. A real task, not a puzzleFor sales — a live request from the site and a quote built in front of us. For traffic — a source, a budget and what you would do with it.
  5. Step 5. Offer and startThe terms are put in writing, in full. Then access, the team, and a first week with support.

Questions

How is the relationship set up?

The services salesperson is a full-time role in the Florida office: base salary plus a bonus on closed deals and renewals. The traffic buyer is a contract with the US company, paid on results. Terms are put in writing before the work starts, not after the first month.

What does the salesperson earn?

There is a range, and we name it in conversation rather than on the page: it depends on experience and on the book you arrive with. The bonus is counted on every closed deal and every renewal, with no ceiling.

Is the sales role really in the office every day?

Yes — the base is the office in St. Petersburg, Florida. Up to two days a week go to client meetings across Tampa Bay and neighbouring counties. This is face-to-face work and it does not happen remotely.

What should I send with the application?

A link to something you have launched or sold, and one line about the result. That is enough to start the conversation.

Neither role fits me. Should I still write?

Yes — write and say what you are good at. The company grows faster than this page is updated.
