Site care and hosting
The site updated, backed up and alive — without you touching it.
$99 per site per month · $329 with a pool of edits.
When was the last backup of your site?
Usually the answer turns up on the day the site stops opening. Updates have not been installed since launch, because it worked fine. Hosting is paid on the card of an employee who has left. An expired certificate becomes a browser warning, and no enquiries come in that day.
A site that is watched, not one you hope for
Updates stop breaking the site. We install them on a copy first, check them, and only then move them to the live one. If something breaks anyway, we put it back as it was in minutes, not over an evening.
A backup is taken every day and kept away from the hosting. Once a quarter we restore it and check it for real: a restore nobody has tried is not a restore.
Small edits — text, a price, a banner, a page from a ready template — are part of the subscription: the included hours cover them. The report comes by email: what was updated, what was fixed, how many hours are left.

Questions
What happens if the site does go down?
We know before a client calls. Then we restore the latest backup or roll the update back: the site is as it was in minutes. The cause and an email about what happened come the same day.
We have our own hosting. Is that all right?
Yes, if it lets us set up a copy for testing and take backups on a schedule. Our hosting then drops out of the subscription and everything else stays. What your plan allows is checked before work starts.
What counts as an edit and what counts as a separate job?
An edit is what gets done in the admin panel or the template in an hour or two: text, a price, a banner, a page from a ready template. A new section, a link to another system or a redesign is a separate job, and its price is named before it starts.
We do not use up the hours. Do they roll over?
No, hours are counted within the month. But they do not burn away in silence: the report shows how many are left, and you decide what to spend them on — refresh the copy, speed up pages or check the forms.
Give us the site address and tell us what worries you — we will see what it runs on and send a quote by email.
We have your request
We answer during the hours listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. The quote and the conversation come first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
