Seven lines of work, one invoice
Seven lines of work, one agreement and one person responsible.
From $65 per seat per month. An hour of work is $90, $112 or $175.
Who at your company makes sure it all works together?
Usually nobody. A freelancer fixes the site, the bookkeeper handles the licences, the calls go to voicemail, and a friend who is an electrician ran the cable. Each is responsible for their piece and none for the whole. Tying them together is in nobody's contract — so you do it.
One person answers for all seven
We take on everything a company plugs into a socket and connects to a network: computers and servers, licences and cloud, security and client questionnaires, call answering, sites and system links, advertising and accessibility. Seven lines of work — and one thread of correspondence instead of seven.
We count the way the market counts: per seat, per hour, per project, per site, per lead. Every number sits on the site before the conversation, not after it. Where there are two prices, they cover different amounts of work — we name yours at the walkthrough.
You can start with one line of work. The second is added as a line on the same invoice, not as a new contract.

Questions
Where do we start if everything is breaking at once?
With a health check. Over five working days we look at the computers, the access, the licences, the network and the backups, show you what is on fire and price each item. The check costs $1,120 up to 25 seats and is credited against your first invoice if you move to a subscription within 60 days.
Do you only do support, or development as well?
Both, but they are counted differently. Support is per seat per month, development is per project or per hour, advertising is a percentage of spend with a $675 monthly minimum. On the invoice these are separate lines, so you can see what you are paying for.
We are a small company. Will you take us on?
Yes. The rate per seat is the same at four seats and at forty; there is no floor. A four-person law firm and a six-person dental practice are ordinary customers, not exceptions.
What does the first invoice look like?
One line per service, and a separate line for what is not paid to us: vendor licences, hardware and state tax. Our markup on other people's goods is $0.00, and the invoice shows it.
Write down what needs doing. Our engineer will look at what you have and come back with a quote and a date.
We have your request
We answer during the hours listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. The quote and the conversation come first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
