Who do you call when nobody's email opens in the morning?

The friend who once set up your router. He will answer in the evening. Until the evening twelve people are sitting idle and the owner is explaining to clients why the email never arrived. In a week the same thing happens with another service.

One team instead of five contractors

Computers, servers, network, email and licences are one team's responsibility under one contract. You get an assigned engineer and a named owner, not a list of phone numbers half of which nobody picks up.

The jobs are priced separately so you pay for what you take: per seat per month, per server per month, per hour of work, per project at a named price. Every price says what is included.

You can start anywhere: with a health check, with one server, or with the whole office at once.

Questions

There are four of us. Do you work with companies like ours?

Yes. A four-person law firm and a six-person dental practice are our ordinary customers. The rate per seat is the same at four seats and at forty, and the invoice grows and shrinks with your team.

We already have a contractor. Why change anything?

You do not have to change anything. Start with a health check: in five working days you get a written report on what you have, what has expired and what is being paid for in vain. Then you decide — on numbers, not on promises.

Where do we start if nobody has ever looked after our IT?

By looking at what is there. The health check produces a list of machines, accounts, licences and risks. After it you can see where to start: with access, with backups, or with replacing two machines that will not last the year.

Do you only handle computers, or the network and phone lines too?

The network and the lines as well. Cabling and Wi-Fi, replacing copper lines that are being switched off, servers and network devices — one team and one contract, not three contractors with three invoices.
