Connecting the agent to your system
The agent writes straight into your system of record.
The first link is $0 · every next one is $179 per month.
Who copies bookings from an email into your system?
Usually the front desk, in the evening, and not all of them. The summary arrives by email, someone opens it and types it into the system by hand. Hence double bookings, a reschedule that never happened and a client called twice. Between the conversation and the system stands a person with a notepad.
No more typing it in by hand
The agent looks into your system itself and writes to it itself: it sees the busy hours and the client card, books, reschedules, cancels and adds the call summary. All of it while the person is still on the line, not overnight.
We agree the fields before launch and test them on a copy — so your system does not end up with a second client on the same phone number. And when you upgrade your system, we fix the link on our side, with no separate bill for it.
We watch the connection ourselves: we see the break, not you, and we fix it before a whole day goes missing from your system.

Questions
Our system is closed, it has no open access.
Then the link goes through a middleman who sells that access: they have their own fee and their own terms. We price it against your system — name it in your request and we will work it out and send it over. Naming a number before seeing the system would be dishonest.
Is the first link really free?
Yes, it is part of the call answering price: one standard system is connected at no extra cost. You pay for the second one and for a non-standard one — $179 a month each.
What happens to the link if we upgrade the system?
It keeps working. Compatibility is on us: when your system is updated, we fix the link on our side, and there is no separate bill for it.
We do not need bookings, we need our own data exchange.
That is a non-standard link: we agree the fields, the order and what happens on an error. It costs the same $179 a month if the system gives access; a closed system is priced separately.
Name your system and what the agent should write into it — we will price the link and email you a quote.
We have your request
We answer during the hours listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. The quote and the conversation come first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
