How many tickets are waiting for your technician today?

The same as yesterday. He is one person for four buildings and three hundred machines. A leaver's account stays alive until the quarter ends, because there is nobody to close it. Updates are put off until an inspection fails. The contractor comes out on call and bills you for the urgency.

The year's total is known before you sign

One rate per occupied seat a month, one line on the invoice and one person answering for your contract. The total is known a year ahead — you defend it once instead of going back to procurement after every breakdown.

The rate covers staff support, machine upkeep, updates, onboarding and offboarding, and an inventory of hardware and licences. We have no out-of-hours rate: an hour of work costs the same on a Wednesday afternoon and on a Friday evening.

Your own technician stays: we take the first line and the routine, and he gets on with what you keep him for.

Questions

How is the annual contract total worked out?

By multiplication. Forty seats at $102 a month come to $48,960 a year, and that figure is known before you sign. It does not move with the number of breakdowns and does not grow with urgent call-outs — only with the number of occupied seats.

We have our own technician. Is this instead of him?

No. We take the first line and the routine — onboarding and offboarding, updates, alerts — and he stays on what only he knows: your systems, your people, your buildings. Who answers for what is put on paper before the work starts.

What happens to our data and access?

Everyone has their own login, and rights follow the job title. When someone leaves, access closes the same day, while their mail and files stay with the organisation. Anything your audit asks for beyond that is a separate line, named before you sign, not after.

Can we start somewhere other than the beginning of the year?

Yes. The contract runs twelve months from any date, and the first invoice goes out for the number of seats taken on. If your fiscal year ends sooner, we split the contract into two invoices so the money is not lost.
