IT support under your name

Your brand, your contract, our engineers.

An engineer, a device or a block of requests — your unit.

What does your client hear when your engineer is on holiday?

Voicemail. Or you, at nine in the evening, from the car. A forty-seat job has to go to someone else, because there is nobody to take it. Nights and weekends are covered by a promise, not by a shift. First line is held by the same person who runs the projects, so neither one moves.

Your client meets an engineer, not voicemail

Your client sees only you: your logo in the emails, your number in the signature, your contract and your response times under the SLA. Our engineers work in your ticket tracker, under your account and your name. We have no direct line to your client, and that is written into the agreement before the work starts.

A shift is covered by a shift, not by a promise: first line, nights, weekends and alert triage all run by your rules, not ours. If something falls outside the rules, we call you, not your client.

Your margin stays yours: our prices appear neither on this page nor in the emails to your client.

Questions

Will you poach our client?

No, and this is not just a spoken promise. We have no direct line to your client: the correspondence goes from your domain, the contract with them is yours, the bank details on the invoice are yours. A ban on selling directly to your clients is a clause in the agreement, signed before the first request.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because our retail sits right next to them. A wholesale price printed on the same site where your client sees the retail one is your margin, shown to your client. The price list carries no branding and goes out under an agreement within one working day.

How is the volume discount worked out?

In three steps: the first from the second engineer on shift, the second on the size of the device estate, the third in the second year of the contract. The steps are named in the price list as numbers and do not depend on who is doing the negotiating.

How fast can you start?

Taking over the shift takes two weeks: access, the rules, your ticket tracker, the client list and the escalation rules. We handle the first five requests free of charge, before you sign anything.

Where to send the price list

We will send an unbranded price list and the terms under an agreement, within one working day.
