Email. Calls. Messages.
FinLeadGen Engage for lead buyers and sellers.
Consent · Recipient-local hours · One opt-out
What to do with the ones who did not buy the first time?
They allowed you to contact them, so that is who you go back to. Engage sends emails, places calls and sends messages, checks the do-not-call lists before each one, and works the hours that are allowed in their state.
Email, call and message — from one place
You have already paid for these people once. Engage takes you back to those who responded but did not buy: email, call, message — from one place and only to those who allowed it. You write the rules. We stand the system up and run it.
Usually this is assembled from three pieces. The email service knows nothing about the dialer. The dialer knows nothing about the messages. The do-not-call list sits in a spreadsheet and gets updated when somebody remembers. And the person at the other end sees one company — yours.
Engage sends the emails, places the calls and sends the messages from one place. Next to the contact you can see what the person agreed to — nothing goes out without it. One refusal and all three fall silent at once. We call when it is allowed in their state, not when it suits your office.
Track, Exchange and Engage can be taken together or separately.
What is inside Engage?
- Permission is stored with the contact
- You can see what the person agreed to and exactly when.
- One refusal across all three channels
- Say "do not call" and the emails and messages stop too.
- We call in their state's hours
- The time is taken where the person lives, not where the office is.
- How often they have been contacted
- We count per person, not per campaign and not per channel.
- One scenario across three channels
- The email, the call and the message know about each other.
- You set the rules
- You decide who gets an email, who gets a call and in what order.
How does Engage work?
- Step 1. Consent arrives with the contactThe person filled in a form, called, or came from a partner — and you can see straight away whether they allowed email and calls.
- Step 2. You put the scenario togetherYou choose who gets an email, who gets a call, in what order and with what pauses.
- Step 3. Engage checks before sendingBefore every email and every call we check refusals, how often the person has already been contacted, and their state's hours.
- Step 4. The person answers — or says enoughIf they answer, they carry on under your rules. If they refuse, all three channels close, and stay closed.
What we check before every email and call
- NEVER LOST
- The permission sits next to the contact, not in a folder somebody still has to find.
- STOPPED
- One refusal closes the email, the phone and the messages — at once.
- BY THE CLOCK
- We call in the hours allowed where the person lives.
Questions
Do we have to ask for permission again to start?
No, not if the person already gave it to you. The permission sits next to their contact, and without it neither an email nor a call goes out.
The person refused calls. Can we still email?
No. With us one refusal covers all three channels: refuse calls and the emails stop too. In exchange you will not get a complaint because two services' lists drifted apart.
Our customers are in different states. When do we call?
In the hours allowed where the person lives. We take the time from them, not from your office and not from the call centre.
How do we avoid burying someone in emails and calls?
We count per person, not per campaign. If someone lands in two lists at once they are still one person, and the pause after an email holds for the call too.
What does Engage cost?
We price on a call, once we have seen your base: how many people are in it, which channels you work and how often you write. We name the figure right there.
Who is going to set all this up?
We are. We stand the account up, connect your channels and stay around when the rules change. The rules stay yours.
Fill in the form and our engineer will walk through your base: what people agreed to, which channels you work them on and which states they live in.
