Voice agent answering
The phone is answered around the clock and the client is booked in.
$135 per month for 300 minutes · $0.39 per minute beyond the bundle.
How many calls to your company went unanswered yesterday?
Nobody knows the exact number. The phone gets picked up when hands are free. In the evening and on Saturday nobody picks it up at all. Whoever went unanswered dials the next number in the results and does not try twice. The company never even learns about that customer: they did not complain, they simply left.
The phone is always answered
The agent answers on the first ring — at three in the morning, at the weekend and when every line is busy. It knows your services, your opening hours and your prices, follows your script and does not get tired towards the end of a shift.
After the call you get a summary by email and by SMS: who called, what about and how urgent it is. The recording itself and its transcript sit in a shared list — you can open it and read it again instead of trying to remember.
It does not settle the hard cases itself: under your rule it transfers to a person or takes the enquiry down and promises a call back.

Questions
Will the customer realise they are not talking to a person?
Most likely yes, and it does not stop them booking. The agent introduces itself and does not pretend to be a live employee. What irritates people is not robots but ringing into the void: whoever went unanswered dials the next number and does not call back.
What happens with a hard question the agent cannot settle?
Under your rule it transfers the call to a person — to a named number and within named hours. If there is nobody to transfer to, it takes down the substance of the enquiry and promises a call back, and the summary reaches you straight away rather than in the morning.
We do not know how many minutes of calls we have.
Usually nobody does. There is no need to work it out in advance: the first month shows the real volume and the package is matched to it. Minutes beyond the package are counted separately, so a wrong estimate costs a top-up rather than lost calls.
We have decided to start. How does the work begin?
We gather what the agent needs to know — from your site and your price list — write the script and show it to you. Then you call the agent yourself and listen to how it answers. The number stays yours: forwarding is switched on when you are happy with the script.
Tell us what you do and how many calls a month you take — we will send a quote by email.
We have your request
We answer during the hours listed in the contacts at the foot of the page. The quote and the conversation come first — nothing is signed and nothing is charged.
