# Employee computers looked after

Support, machines and licensing on one invoice.

**{annual} per seat per month on an annual agreement · {monthly} month to month.**

## Who fixes the computers at your company?

Whoever has least on today. Most often the owner, in the evening. That is how it goes in a four-person law firm and in a forty-person manufacturer alike. A new hire is on their personal laptop in the second week. Someone who left in the spring still has live email. Licences are paid for people who went long ago.

## It is fixed by someone who knows your company

From the first month a specific engineer answers for your company — the one you go to when something stops. Behind them stands a team: one person's holiday or illness does not turn into "we will come back to this later".

After that things break less often: updates go on in time, disks and batteries are replaced before they fail, an antivirus alert is dealt with while it is still an alert. Today you pay for a breakdown — with us you pay for it not happening.

A month later the machines are counted, access is in order, surplus licences are gone, and staff have one address to write to.

### There are four of us. Is this service meant for bigger companies?

No. The rate per seat is one and the same at four seats and at forty. The invoice is worked out from occupied seats, so it grows and shrinks with your team instead of staying a tier you have outgrown or not yet reached.

### Do we pay every month even when nothing has broken?

Yes, and that is the point. A repairman comes once it has already stopped and charges by the hour. Here the updates, the protection, the hardware inventory and the access run continuously and in advance, and the price is known before the invoice. The difference shows by the third month: there is noticeably less downtime.

### We already have a system administrator. Is this instead of them?

No. We take the routine — onboarding and offboarding, updates, the first line — and leave them what you keep them for. Who answers for what is written down before the work starts, so that "not my job" does not get discovered during an outage.

### We have decided to start. What happens in the first two weeks?

First we look at what you have: machines, accounts, licences. Then we take over access and close what is on fire — overdue updates, abandoned accounts, surplus seats being paid for. None of this stops the company working.

## Where to send the quote
