# An IT health check before you subscribe

Five business days and you know what you have.

**$1,120 up to 25 seats · $2,240 up to 99 · $3,360 up to 499.**

## Who knows what hardware you have and what expires this year?

Nobody. The inventory was last kept three years ago, the licences renew on auto-payment, and the router password was known by someone who has left. As long as nothing is broken it is not a question. It becomes a question on a Friday evening.

## Five days — and you know what you have

We come in and count: the machines and their age, the accounts and their rights, the licences and renewal dates, the backups and whether they actually restore. Every finding says what it threatens and what it costs to close.

On the fifth day you get the report and a conversation about it. The report is yours: you can take it to us, to your own engineer or to another contractor — it is written for an owner, not for a specialist.

At the end you hold a list of hardware, access and licences — with a price against every finding.

## What we look at and what you get

| What | State | Price |
| --- | --- | --- |
| A census of machines: age, disk condition, how long the system is supported | included | |
| Accounts and rights: who can use what and why | included | |
| Abandoned accounts and the email of people who left long ago | included | |
| Licences: what was bought, what is assigned, what is paid for in vain | included | |
| Renewal dates of subscriptions and contracts a year ahead | included | |
| Backups and a check on whether they really restore | included | |
| The network and its equipment: what is there, who set it up, what is out of support | included | |
| A report for the owner: findings, what they threaten, what to fix first | included | |
| A conversation about the report and a plan of work for the first three months | included | |
| The amount is credited against the first invoice if you move to a subscription within 60 days | included | |

### Why pay when others promise a free audit?

Because the report stays with you. A free inspection usually ends in a sales proposal; here you take away a list of machines, accounts, licences and risks with a price for closing each one. You can take it to any contractor.

### There are four of us. Is the check meant for bigger companies?

No. The lowest price is worked out on ten hours and suits four people as well as twenty-five. There is no floor: the check costs the same because the working days are the same, not because we are cutting small companies out.

### We are not planning to switch. Will you still hand over the report?

We will. The report is paid for, so it is yours. Moving to a subscription is a separate decision and we do not push it: if you stay with your contractor, the report becomes a list of tasks for them.

### What do you need from us during those five days?

An hour for a conversation at the start, access to the machines and accounts, and someone we can put questions to. We do the rest. People keep working: the check switches nothing off and reconfigures nothing.
