# Day-one IT for a new company

Domain, email, access and machines — in ten business days.

**$445 to launch up to ten seats · $1,680 up to fifteen.**

## Who owns your domain and your email right now?

Usually one of you, personally. The domain sits under someone's name, the files live in a founder's personal cloud, and two people know the bank and accounting logins. In six months you will be untangling it — and untangling costs more than doing it right the first time.

## Ten working days and everything is in the company's name

In one pass you get work email on your own domain, accounts for every employee, shared drives with a real structure, email signatures and sign-in protection. All of it in the company's name, not in the name of whoever set it up.

Where everything lives and who holds which rights — you get that in writing. It is the document everyone later wishes they had: your accountant needs it, your next hire needs it, and so do we if you stay on support.

After that you can run it yourselves or move to monthly support.

### There are only two of us. Is it too early for this?

No — right now is the cheapest it will ever be. For two people the domain, email and rights are set up in one pass. At twenty it turns into digging through personal clouds, migrating mail and working out who owns which file.

### How does the Lean launch differ from Full?

By machines and training. Lean puts together the domain, email, accounts and access — the company starts working. Full adds employee machine setup, the rules for them, training and two weeks by your side after the launch.

### We already have email on a domain. Does that count?

It counts and it makes things easier. We take what you have, put it in the company's name and build out the rest. If the mail has to move off someone else's server, that is a separate line — $1,000 on the launch.

### What do we keep once you are finished?

The admin credentials, a written list of where everything lives and who holds which rights, and working email on your domain. You can leave us the same day the launch ends and lose nothing.

## Where to send the quote
