# Support for your own IT department

Your engineer stays. We take the routine.

**$65 per seat per month · $112 per hour beyond the subscription.**

## How much of your engineer's time goes on passwords and new laptops?

Half the week. You hired him to run the servers and the network, and instead he resets forgotten passwords, installs updates and sets up machines for new starters. Projects stall, and when he takes leave nothing moves at all.

## Your engineer does the job you hired him for

Small staff tickets, onboarding and offboarding, updates and asset records move to us. Your engineer goes back to what you hired him for: the systems nobody else knows.

Who answers for what goes on paper before the work starts, so “that is not mine” never comes up mid-outage. The monitoring and inventory tools are ours, everyone has their own login, and your engineer sees what we did.

Your engineer's leave or sick day stops being an event for the company.

### Our engineer will think he is being replaced. What then?

Bring him to the first conversation. He stays the owner of the systems and decides himself what to hand over and what to keep. The split of responsibility goes on paper before the work starts — and he signs it too.

### How is this different from full managed IT?

In scope and price. Here you keep your own engineer and we take the stream of small tickets and the routine. Full managed IT costs more: there we answer for everything, and knowing your company is our job too.

### We already have our own monitoring tools. Do we have to change them?

Not necessarily. We work in yours if you can give us access, or we bring our own and include them in the seat price. What stays is decided in the first week and put on paper.

### How long does it take you to get up to speed?

Two weeks. The first goes on counting machines, accounts and licences, the second on taking over access and switching tickets to us. By week three staff write to us and your engineer is back on his own work.
