# Round-the-clock call answering

The agent answers your number instead of voicemail.

**$149 per month for 100 answered calls · $1.49 beyond the bundle.**

## Where does a call go when no one can pick up?

To a voicemail nobody listens to. Or to a ringing tone. The caller leaves no message — they dial the next number, and there someone picks up on the first ring. You see it best on Monday morning and Friday evening: that is when calls peak and answers drop.

## A line that is never busy

The agent picks up on the first ring, names your company and runs the conversation to your script: what you do, what you charge, when you are free and what to ask the caller before booking.

It takes no lunch break and no holiday. A night call is the same to it as a day call, and ten at once are the same as one. It tells spam and hang-ups from a real enquiry, and you do not pay for those.

After the call a summary arrives: who called, why, and what they were promised. You hear about a new client by email the same minute, not from the client himself a week later.

### We count in minutes, not in calls.

That works too: the same work is sold by the minute — $135 a month for 300 minutes, $399 for 1,000, $599 for 1,750, and $0.39 a minute beyond the package. Calls are the simpler unit where conversations are short; minutes where the caller tells a story.

### What counts as an answered call?

A conversation where the agent got to the heart of the matter. Spam, robocalls and a hang-up in the first second do not count at all — you do not pay for them. They stay out of the summary too, so in the morning you read enquiries, not a list of incoming calls.

### Will the customer realise they are not talking to a person?

Most likely yes. The agent introduces itself and does not pretend to be a live employee. That does not hurt bookings: what annoys people is not a robot, it is a voicemail they talk into and never get a call back from.

### We have a receptionist. Is this instead of them?

No. The agent takes what a receptionist physically cannot: the second line, the evening, the weekend and the lunch hour. During the day it hands the call to your receptionist by your rule — to the number you name, in the hours you name.

## Where to send the quote

Tell us how many calls you take a month and when they peak — we will send a quote by email.
