# Microsoft licences on invoice

No card, no prepayment, with a PO and net-30.

**$7.50 per user per month. Mark-up — $0.00.**

## What do you pay for licences with, if you have no card?

With an employee's card — and then you explain that to the auditor. Buying a subscription from Microsoft yourself only works with a card: there is no invoice to a company. The licences sit on a personal mailbox, the renewal goes to someone who left in the spring, and nobody knows how many seats are really paid for.

## An invoice instead of a card, one line instead of ten

We become your subscription partner: the licences arrive on a single invoice to your company, with a PO number and thirty days to pay. The price is the one you are entitled to. Our mark-up on it is $0.00, and the invoice prints that figure.

The account stays yours. Partner access follows Microsoft's rules, is time-limited and is removed when you ask — and nothing leaves with it: not your data, not your domain, not your right to buy direct.

Renewals, adding and removing seats, sorting out price rises — that is our job, not your e-mail thread with Microsoft support.

### We already bought licences with a card. Can they be moved?

Yes. Microsoft has a set procedure for it: you approve the partner request, and the subscriptions move onto invoice with no reinstall and no data loss. The account, the domain and the mail stay yours.

### Is the mark-up really zero? What do you earn on?

On the work. The service line of $7.50 per user per month is running the account, renewals, and staff joining and leaving. The licence goes at the price you are entitled to, and the $0.00 mark-up is printed on the invoice as its own line.

### Are we entitled to a discounted price?

We check that before the quote; it costs $670. Nonprofit discounts do not carry over to schools or government bodies, and education prices do not carry over to local authorities. Microsoft decides which price you are entitled to, not us.

### What happens to Windows 10 once support ends?

Extended security updates are bought a year at a time and double in price each year after: $61, $122 and $244 per device. We put no mark-up on those either, and the extension carries no technical support at all — it is updates only.

## Where to send the quote

Tell us how many users you have and which subscriptions, and we will send a quote and a pro forma invoice.
